CASHEW CHICKEN CASSEROLE — English/Spanish

2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup diced celery
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 8-ounce can water chestnuts, drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Chinese chow mien noodles
3/4 cups cashews
Line bottom of greased 9 x 13 baking dish with half of noodles. Mix together milk and soup. Place in layers:celery, onions, cashews, milk/soup mix. Top with remaining noodles and sprinkle a few cashews on as well. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cacerola de pollo y anacardos
2 c pollo cocido
1. c. apio cortado
1 atado de cebollas verdes cortadas
1 lata (8 onzas) de castaña de agua (?)
2 latas sopa de pollo cremada
¼ c leche
2 c. Chinese Chow mein noodles
¾ c anacardos
Poner ½ de Chow Mein noodles en asadera engrasado de ( 9 X 13 pulgadas). Mezclar la leche y sopa. Poner en capas el apio, cebollas, anacardos, leche/sopa mezcla. Cubrir con los Chow Mein noodles, y rociar unos anacardos encima. Hornear a 350 grados por 40 minutos.
