6 – Chicken Breast, halves
3 T –  Dijon style Mustard
1t – Tarragon
2t – Margerine
3t – Lemon juice
1/2t – salt
Melt margarine in a shallow baking pan.
Stir mustard, lemon juice, tarragon and salt into margine(butter)
Place chicken pieces in dish and spoon margarine mixture over the pieces.
Bake 45 minutes at 375 F.
