2 T. butter 1 c. sour cream
2 T. flour 4 c. drained, cooked green beans, sliced lengthwise
1 t. salt 2 c. Special K’s
1/4 t. pepper 2 c. grated Swiss Cheese
1/2 t. grated onion
1. Melt butter; stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onions. Add sour cream gradually, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. Fold into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
2. Combine Special K and grated cheese. Sprinkle over beanes.
3. Bake in moderately hot oven (400 F.) about 20 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings, about 3/4 c. each.
