Cover bottom with hash browns (good 1″ thick or 1 lb. pkg.
In a bowl mix and then pour over hash browns.
1 can cream celery soup
1 can cream potato soup
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 c. oleo, melted
1 8 oz sour cream
Cover with mild or med. cheddar cheese shredded. Bake lightly covered with foil. 1 hr. and 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer. Bake 350 degrees. Uncover and brown in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes.
