2 lbs lean ground beef
1 lb processed cheese food, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 (12 oz.) jar sliced jalapeno peppers, drained
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1.  Cook beef and onion until beef is evenly brown and onion is soft.  Drain and turn heat to medium low.
2.  Add soup and cheese and desired amount of peppers.  Cook and stir until well blended.
3.  Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
4.  Reheat in a slow cooker.
