Oatmeal Bread — Grandma’s
Combine:
2 pkgs yeast
1/2 c. warm H2O (110)
Combine–cool to lukewarm then add yeast and beaten eggs:
1 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. light molasses 1 beaten egg white
1/3 c. shortening 1 T. water
1 T. salt Rolled oats
Stir in flour and knead:
5 3/4 -6 c. flour
2 beaten eggs
