4 T. sugar
4 T. yeast
6 cups warm water (118-120 degrees F)
4 cups white flour
8 t. salt
4 T. oil
9-11 cups multi grain flour

Mix the yeast, sugar and warm water (see temps above)
Add the white flour
Let stand for about 20 minutes
Add the salt and the oil
Add the multi-grain flour and knead (gently beat the crap out of it)
Put in a greased bowl and let stand until doubled (uh.. maybe 2 hours)
When transferring from bowl to pan, flatten with hands or rolling pin
Roll up to get the air bubbles removed
Put in greased bread pans and let rise again (wow, another hour)
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour (yes, another hour)
(if you want to brown the sides.. at the 35 minute mark (not 34, not 36.. 35….
take the loafs out of the pans and finish baking on a cookie sheet
