(serves 4)

1 can Cream of chicken Soup (10.75 oz)
1 can Green Chilies (4 oz), chopped
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 Tbs Butter or margarine
1 Med Onion, chopped
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
2 cups Turkey or Chicken, cooked, chopped
8 – 8″ Flour Tortillas, warmed
1 cup Cheese, Monterey or Cheddar, shredded

1. Chop onion.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Heat butter in sauce pan.
4. Add onion, chili powder, garlic powder, cook until tender.
5. Mix soup and sour cream.
6. Chop up turkey/chicken and chilies.
7. Add turkey/chicken, chilies, and 2 tablespoons of soup mixture.
8. Pam and spread 1/2 cup of soup mixture to bottom of a 2 quart shallow baking dish.
9. Spoon 1/4 cup of chicken mixture down center of each tortilla.
10. Roll up and place, seam side down, in baking dish.
11. Spoon remaining soup mixture on top.
12. Sprinkle with cheese.
13. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot
