2 lbs ham loaf mixture
2 well beaten eggs
3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
Combine or mix thoroughly-shape into balls using heaping T. for each. Put in 9×13 pan.
Combine:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/2 t. dry mustard
Stir till sugar dissolves–pour over ham balls.
Bake at 325 1 1/2 hour. Baste every 15 minutes.
