1 1/2 lb pork steak (ground)
1/2 lb ground beef
1 c. mashed potatoes
3/4 c. milk
1 t. salt
3 eggs beaten
1 c. cream
Mix all ingredients except cream. Shape and roll in flour and brown in butter. Put a little water in bottom of roaster. Bake. When water is about gone, add cream and bake one hour.
