1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. milk
1/2 lb. ground pork
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 t. salt
1 egg
pepper
Combine these ingredients and shape in 12 thin patties.
Make a dressing of 2 c. bread crumbs, cubed, 1 T. minced parsley, pepper, 1/4 t. salt, 1 small onion, 1/4 c. chopped celery, water to ??? 3 T. salad oil.
Place a patty of dressing between 2 meat patties. Seal edges and brown in fat. Add 1 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 c. water. Bake 350–45 minutes
