Filling: 1 lb. gr. beef
1/3 c. onions
salt and pepper
1–1 lb can tomatoes
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. rice
Brown meat and onion. Add seasoning and liquids.
Add 1/2 c. rice and simmer 20 minutes.
Add 1 t. Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese.
Warm until cheese melts.
Peppers: cut off tops and remove insides.
Par boil for 5 minutes.
Stuff peppers–line up in bread pan so they stand up–bake at 350–25-30 minutes.
