Serves 6-8 Generously
Brown together: 1/3 c. onion, chopped,
1 1/4 lb. ground beef.
Mix this together in 9×13 pan and add 3/4 c. raw rice.
1 1/4 c water,
1 can cr. of mushroom soup,
2 cans chicken rice soup.
NO SALT;
Bake for 1 1/2-2 hours at 325.
