Brown 1 lb. ground beef in 2 T. salad oil
Add: 2 med. onion, chopped. 1 c. sliced celery
1 can 10 1/2 oz. mushroom sp.
1 can 10 1/2 oz cr. chix sp.
1 1/2 c. warm H2O 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce 1/8 t. pepper
1 can (3 oz) crisp chinese noodles
Turn in greased sld.–cover–320–for 30 minutes. Add crisp noodles and bake 15 minutes more.
