3 c. Corn Flakes
1/4 c. shredded raw carrot
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
2 t. salt
1 1/2 lb. gr. beef
1/8 t. pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. catsup
1. If corn flakes, crush into fine crumbs.
2. Mix together all ingredients except catsup; combine thoroughly.
3. shape meat mixture into 12 balls about 2 inches in diameter. Place in single layer in greased shallow baking pan. Spoon 1 t. catsup over each meatball.
4. Bake in hot oven (450) about 20 minutes or until done. Yield: 6 servings, 2 meatballs each.
