Dissolve : 2 pkgs. dry yeast in 3/4 c. water
Combine in lg bowl:
3 c. warm water
1 c. dry milk powder
1/2 c. soft shortening–oil or margarine
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
2 t. salt
yeast mixture.
Have ready: 6 c. white flour, 4 c. whole wheat flour
Add 5 c. flour and beat thoroughly, by hand or with electric mixer.  Stir in an additional 3 c. flour.  Turn dough onto floured board and use 2 more c. flour–knead until smooth and elastic.  Let rise in greased bowl until doubled.  Punch down and shape–Let rise and bake 20-25 minutes at 375
20 dinner rolls on large teflon sheet or
24 dinner rolls on 9×13 pan
or 15 cinn. rolls in 9×13 pan.
