2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 c. soft butter
1 c. Kellogg’s All-Bran
1–6 oz pkg.
(1 c.) Nestle’s semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. 2. Blend butter and sugar til creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in All-Bran and 2/3 c. Morsels. 3. Mix in sifted dry ingredients. 4. Drop 2/3 of dough by teas. on ungreased baking sheets, remaining dough by 1/2 t. 5. Bake at 375 F. about 12 min. for large, 10 min., for small cookies. 6 Place 1 of remaining Morsels on each, while warm. Yield: about 4 1/3 dozen 2 1/2 inch and about 4 1/3 dozen 1 1/4 inch cookies. Or 2 c. Kellogg’s 40% Bran Flakes, Bran Buds, Pep or Krumbles.
