2 c. boiling water–dates or raisins
Add 4 c. Kelloggs All Bran, 2 cups of 40% Bran Flakes, let stand
Cream:
1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 qt buttermilk add 5 t. soda
5 c. flour (1 c. white, 4 c. wheat)
2 1/2 t. salt
