Mix together with pie blender
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. pwd. sugar
Press in 9×9 pan
Bake 350 about 15 min.
Beat:
2 eggs
2 T. lemon juice and rind
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1/2 t. baking powder.
Pour over top after taking out of oven. Bake all @ 350–20-25 min. Do not over bake. Cool slightly.
Frost:
1 1/2 c. pwd. sugar
1 t. vanilla 2 T. butter
1 t. milk and lemon juice bit.
