2 sticks margarine
1 c. white sugar
2 egg yolks
2 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. strawberry or raspberry Cream margarine and sugar together.

Add egg yolks, flour and pecans. Mix thoroughly. Divide stiff batter in half. Spread half of batter in brownie pan. Mash jam fine and spread on top of first layer.
Press remaining batter over jam. Bake 1 hour in 375 degree oven. Cut into square. Yield: 2 dozen.
