Cream:
1 c. oleo and 1 3/4 c. sugar
Add:
4 eggs, one at a time and 1 t. vanilla
Sift together:
3 c. flour
1/2 t. baking powder
salt
Add to batter. Spread on greased jelly roll pan reserving about 1 c. batter; spread 1 can pie filling over top; then dot with remaining batter making islands of the batter. Bake at 350. Frost while warm with thin powdered sugar dribbled over top. (Especially good with blueberry, French apple or cherry)
