5 c. rolled oats

1 c. coconut

1 c. dry milk

1 c. nuts (I use sunflower seeds)

1 c. ground flax seed  (The recipe called for wheat germ but I didn’t have any.)

1 c. sesame seeds

1 c. oil

1 c. honey

1 T. vanilla

Bake at 200 degrees for an hour, stirring every 15 minutes.  With more honey it is  easy to make into bars.
