2 small pans Makes 60 small bars 350 oven
1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
2 sq. unsweetened choc.
1/2 t. peppermint extract
4 eggs
2 c. nuts
2 c. sugar
Melt butter and choc. together. Cool. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Add choc mixture. Then blend in flour. Mix in peppermint extract and nuts. Spread in buttered pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or more.
When cool spread with mint frosting and choc. glaze
