1/4 c. butter
2 sq. unsweetened choc.
3 c. pwd. sugar
2 t. butter
2-4 T. milk or cream
few grains salt
1 t. peppermint extract.
Cream butter and half powdered sugar. Add milk, salt and peppermint. Beat until smooth. Add rest of pwd. sugar. Beat well and spread over cooled cookies. Let stand till frosting is set. Melt choc. and butter for glaze. Cool slightly and spread. chill til glaze is firm.
