Cool
Cream and add:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 t. vanilla
Sift together and add:
4 c. flour
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. nuts
Add date mixture
