Chicken Breasts

1/4 c. flour
2 T. butter or margarine
1 t. flavor gravy base
1 3 0z can sliced mushrooms
1/3 c. sauterne
2 T. flour
Make rolls. Coat with flour; fry in butter. Put in baking pan. In same skillet, add 1/2 c. water, gravy base, mushrooms and wine. Heat stirring in any crusty bits from skillet. Pour mixture over chicken in baking dish. Cober and Bake. 350 for 1-1 1/4 hours. Shake 2 T. flour and 1/2 c. milk and make a gravy. Pour a little over chicken. Garnish with toasted almond slices.
