1 lb. gr. beef
3 T. instant minced onions
1/2 c. dry brad crumbs
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
Heat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1″ balls. Place on ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake 10 minutes or until brown. Makes 30-35 meatballs.
Soup–I use 1/2 pkt. beef veg. soup starter _____vegetables of my own.
Stew–I use a pkt. of stew mix, 1/2 jar canned small onion, carrots, potatoes, celery of my own. Makes crock pot full.
