3/4 lb. smoked ham mix or 3/4 lb lean pork and 3/4 lb. mashed ham
1/2 t. salt dash pepper
3 T. onion 1/2 c. fine bread crumb
1 egg–beaten 3/4 c. milk
Combine and mix well. Bake 350 for 45 min if ind. loaf pan.
Glaze after 20 minutes:
1 c. br. sugar 1 1/2 t. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
