Mix together–pat in 9×9 pan:
4 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
Dot with 2 T. butter
Stir together till crumbly and put over rhubarb mixture:
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
1 egg
Bake 350–40 minutes
