Mix together; spread on cookie sheets, Bake 10-15 minutes @ 400. Watch closely.
1/2 c. Brown sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks melted oleo
1 pinch salt
Crumble half of mixture into 9×12 pan. Drizzle over 1 jar Kraft carmel topping. Spread 1/2 gal. softened ice cream. Crumble other 1/2 crust over Ice cream. Drizzle over another jar of Kraft carmel topping. Ad more Ice cream. Freeze over night.
