Cook 2 hours in double boiler:
1/2 c. rice
1 qt milk
Beat slightly add sugar mix gradually:
3 large eggs
1/2 c sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
Fold into rice and cook 2 minutes. Stir to keep from curdling. When cool add 1/2 c. cream whipped. Pour in bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
