3/4 c. sugar 3 T. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt 3/4 c. water
1/3 c. lemon jc. 2 T. grated lemon grind
1 T. butter.
In a little saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gradually stir in water and bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil a minute, then remove from heat and stir in lemon jc., rind and butter. Cool thoroughly before using.
