Combine in saucepan. Bring to boil. Cool.
1 c. vinegar 2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water 1 t. mustard seeds
1 t. celery seed
Combine in lg. bowl and cover with ice water and ice cubes
1 qt. shredded cabbage 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. grated carrot 1 T. salt
Soak until vegetables are chilled. Drain. Add 1 c. chopped celery and 1 T. onion and cover with cooled dressing. Refrigerate or freeze.
