CHINESE COLESLAW — Carolyn Ellinson
1 head Chinese cabbage, shredded
2 bunches green onions, chopped
2 packages sliced almonds, browned
2 packages Oriental flavor ramen noodle soup packets, browned
DRESSING
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tblsp soy sauce
Place shredded cabbage and chopped onions and place in a bowl. In skillet, brown almonds and broken ramen noodles (not soup mix) separately in a small aount of oil or butter. They brown at differnt speeds. Mix dressing ingredients and boil 1 minute. Stir in seasoning packet from noodles. Mix together just before serving so the noodles and etc. stay crunchy.
