Ingredients:
1 head Napa cabbage, cut in shreds
3 green onions, chopped
1 package Ramen chicken noodles
1 package slivered almonds (6 oz)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup margarine (butter can burn)
1 carrot, grated
DRESSING:
Whisk together these ingredients:
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup Canola oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Ramen noodle seasoning package
Crumble the Ramen noodles and set seasoning Packet aside for the dressing.
Melt the margarine in a frying pan and stir in the almonds, sunflower seeds and Ramen noodles.  Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until nuts, seeds and noodles are golden; drain on paper towels until cool.
Combine all ingredients together and mix with 1/2 cup of dressing — more if desired.
