1 pkg. chicken flavor Ramen Noodles
1 small pkg. slivered/sliced almonds
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 med. head lettuce (torn in 1” pieces)
1/4 C vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1Tbsp. cold water
1) break noodles to desired size
2) toast almonds and sesame seeds with 1 tsp. additional oil in a 300 degree oven for 10 min.
3) Shake together oil, vinegar, water, and chicken flavoring packet
4) toss together lettuce, almonds and sesame seeds and noodles
5) chill
6) toss on oil mixture before serving
