1 15-oz can white corn, 1-15 oz can June peas, and 1-15 oz can French style gr. beans. Thoroughly drain.
1/2 c. cooking oil 3/4 c. vinegar
1 T. water 1/2 c. sugar (up to 1 c.)
1/4 t. salt 1/2 t. pepper
Bring to a rolling boil and allow to boil 1minute. Cool to lukewarm and pour over the completed salad. Will keep in refrig. 6 weeks.
Add:
1 green pepper, chopped 1 c. diced celery
1 c. grated carrots 1 small jar pimento
1/2 c. chopped onion, fine.
