6 c. chopped lettuce Sugar, salt, pepper
6 hand cooked eggs 1 10-oz pkg frozen peas, thawed
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled 1/2 c. sliced green onions and tops
2 c. shredded swiss cheese 1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
In very lg. salad bowl, place 3 cups of the lettuce. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar. Layer in order the eggs, peas, bacon, remaining 3 c. lettuce green onion and cheese. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream and spread over top.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
