Dissolve
1 pkg. strawberry jello 1 pkg. orange jello
2 c. hot water
Juice from large lemon, juice from 1 tall can crushed pineapple. Add enough cold water to make 2 c. and add to dissolved jello.
Pour about 1/4 of this into mold and chill. Pour remainder into bowl and cool till jelly like then beat until light and fluffy.
Blend in: 1/2 c. cottage cheese (either small grain or put large grain through seive)
1/2 c. finely grated carrots drained crushed pineapple
1 c. cream (whipped)
Pour over plain jello and chill.
