1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O 1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries 1/2 c. grapes
1 T. lemon jc. 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 t. sugar 1/8 t. gr. ginger
dash salt
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add strawberries stir until thawed. Stir in grapes, raspberries and lemon juice. Pour into 4 c. mold. Chill till firm–about 6 hours. Serves 4.
In small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, ginger and salt. Chill well.
