1 big can fruit cocktail 1 can pineapple tidbits
1 c. sugar 1/3 c. flour
1/4 t. salt 2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. whipped banana
1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
Drain juice from cocktail an pineapple and to the juice add sugar, flour and salt, which have been combined. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in egg yolks and cook a minute longer. Set aside to cool.
To the cooled, thickened juices add mayonnaise, banana and whipped cream. Add marshmallows to the drained fruit and stir this mixture gently into creamy mixture. Pour into lg. mold and freeze until solid. Unmold and serve frozen.
